Butler Whites is an independent restaurant and bar on Humber Street – the place Hull and East Riding come for seriously good food, classic drinks and nights that feel like an occasion, without the pretence.

With new ownership comes a refreshed vision for Butler Whites. We’re working to recapture the magic that once made the restaurant stand out in Hull’s dining scene, bringing back the quality, care and vibrancy people remember, while moving confidently into a new era.

We are building our restaurant for people who love going out to eat – couples, families, friends and colleagues who want a night that feels a bit special without feeling like they have to whisper. Inside our old fruit warehouse you’ll find cosy corners, open kitchen energy, classic cocktails at the bar and the kind of atmosphere that makes Humber Street feel alive on a Friday night and a lazy Sunday afternoon.
